- Can I pick up my order at a Premium Soccer store?
If you’d like to reserve an item online and pick it up in-store, you may do so by replying to your order confirmation and requesting an “IN-STORE PICK-UP”.
If a shipping fee is charged with your order and you wish to pick it up in-store, you may contact us and we will have the shipping rates refunded. Please note it can take up to 3 business days to see the funds in your account as of the moment the refund notification is received.
- My online order says it was delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Haven’t received your order? Start by verifying the shipping address provided.
If the address is correct, you can use the tracking number provided to contact Canada Post about the status of your order.
